How are the oysters shipped to ensure freshness?
Our oysters are harvested to order, packed in insulated boxes with gel packs, and shipped via overnight delivery to ensure they arrive at your door alive and at peak freshness.
How long will the oysters stay fresh once they arrive?
When properly refrigerated between 34-40°F and kept in a breathable container, our oysters will typically stay fresh for 7 to 10 days from the date of harvest.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do I need special tools to open the oysters?
Yes, we recommend using a professional oyster shucking knife and a protective glove. We offer shucking kits on our website if you do not already have the necessary equipment.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate the shipment immediately.
